whocares
Hey all, I have a property I want to finish fixing up to sell...We need a loan..I am wondering what kind of loan to get and what kind of terms I should accept...heres what we need, about 10.000.00 to complete the house. It needs new heat/air unit, hot water tank, finish electrical work, Hard wood floors refinished, a kitchen moved and an added 1/2 bath...I should be able to get most of my fix up items locally Do I want electric/ gas for the house, including heating, cooking, and hot water? We are planning on tin look ceilings, hard wood floors, french doors, deck and more... willingtocope
First, $10k sounds like about half what you'd need to do what you've listed.Second, if it were me, I'd opt for natural gas for heat, water and cooking if you can get...electric if you'd have to use propane. Cost of the equipment is higher, but the long terms bills will be lower....might be a good selling point.
