texaninfl
I did a Google search on these folks and according to their website, they are licensed in all 50 states. They might be DBA another company inside Texas and other states. This is their website...http://www.creditprotect.com/By the way, what part of Texas are you in? I'm from Texas, Dallas-area, but I'm a beach dweller in Florida now.

cjtx
When you search, don't forget to put a "%" before and after the keyword. I searched the principal name %protection% and it returned 5 matches, 2 of which correspond to your CA, both with active bonds.
JustaTexan
In the principal name box enter in "Credit protection Association%"Their bond is active. For some reason on that website you have to key a percent sign after the name. Kinda funky.Good luck!

ManWithANewPlan
For some reason on that website you have to key a percent sign after the name. The percent sign is typically a wildcard character in a database. If you search for 'xxx%', for example, it means search for everything that starts with 'xxx'.The fact that it actually works on the site is not good news for them. It means they are likely open to a SQL injection attack.
