SGB2112
In my other thread I mentioned that during my hearing in small claims court I brought up a FDCPA violation to the judge, which the plaintiff admitted it happened & they are sorry etc. Are transcripts made in small claims court? And would the plaintiff's attorney admitting the violation make it slam dunk case? The violation was calling a third party after I had been served with a lawsuit at and provided them with the proper phone number. Prior to all the above I sent them a certified letter w/sender receipt to stop calling third parties & filed a complaint with the FTC. I can also get the third party's phone records as well.Thanks.http://debt-consolidation-credit-repair-service.com/forums/images/smilies/icon_twisted.gif
notagain
Ask your court about the transcript. If you have proof of the call, and they admit it in court, it can't get much better - though nothing is ever a sure thing. merrybucks
Small claims courts are not courts of record. In other words no transcript was made.
