But obviously not complete and I have started getting odd "hang up" calls lately... Before I DV them I thought I should know a bit more on who I am dealing with....They are asking about a 4+ yr old debt but do not state what it is for. Hell... I am not sure it is mine ( They have my address and name correct ). But that is about all. I also checked to see if they are "bonded" in TX - they are If you can't find anything about them on the web then they may be a new outfit or an old outfit with a "new" name.In any case, I think the only appropriate response to a dunning letter is to dispute and request validation; especially so if this alleged debt isn't something you already know about/are familiar with.
