gatorgirl30 Posted January 9, 2009 Report Share Posted January 9, 2009 Hii am being sued by asset acceptance for an old acct. they sent me a discovery package which i answered carefully and with info gained on this site in turn i sent them a request to produce records which i asked for authentic copies of all bills and my original signed c.c. application and they are saying they do not have any of these items they said that they were destroyed. Does anyone know how i should respond to this being that they are unable to produce any documents. please help!!!!!!!!! and happy new year to all..........
