aa12
I'm currently being sued by a CA and I need help with some of the motions that I am trying to file. Can anyone tell me how I can AMEND a Motion for Extension of Time? The reason that I need to do this is because I found out that my lack of response to the Request of Admissions caused them to be deemed admitted. I need more them to file my Response to the MSJ.I also need to file a Motion to Withdraw Deemed Admissions, but I haven't found anything in the forum to help me with this bit. Thanks so much! nascar
You've got yourself in a bit of a bind. While you might get some good suggestions from the forum members, you really should look into getting an attorney to assist you with this.

I figured that I may be in over my head, but I'm trying my best to handle this by myself as I really cannot afford a lawyer. My enedless searches on google for examples have helped me to file my answer to the petition, and I'm working on my response to the MSJ, but I haven't been able to find anything on withdrawing admissions. At this point, I'll take all the help that i can get.
