diamond0327
Can anyone tell me what to do in this case.I've been mailed a request for Admission and Interrogatories. I already replyed to the court and lawyer for appropriate documents pertaining to this account to prove that I owe this. But now they are asking me to do this what should I do? I recently pulled a credit report it shows the last payment was in Dec. 04. The SOL in Arkansas is 3years. Is there a way I can tell them on the Admission and Interrogatories that the SOL is expired? Recovering Attorney
Have they answered your discovery demands? I f not, write the lawyer and ask them to withdraw the Demand for Admissisons and give you an extension of time to answer the interrogatories until 30 days after they answer your demands. You can say you believe the SOL has run. You did make that a defense, right?
