minxcomp1
I have 1 paid judgement on my credit report and through reading on here have learned how to file a motion to vacate this. It is listed as paid, but my question is that approx. how much will my credit score go up if this comes off?? I called the firm that filed the judgement and they said that they will not even show up to the court date b/c they have their money and its not worth their time fighting it so it will be a default win for me. Please let me know....thanksminxcomp1

misbhavn
I think the reason no one has responded to your question is because no one really can. We don't know exactly how the scores are calculated to begin with. There are many variables that come into play as well, i.e. the older the item, the less it affects your score.
