Good evening all, can I get a little refresher for my brain?

Nevada State Statute of Limitations:

-Oral Contracts 4 Years

-Written Contracts 6 Years

-Promissory Notes 3 Years

-Open Ended Accounts 4 Years

Which category do the following debts fall under?

-Old hospital bills

-Charged off credit card

The correct answer depends on several factors that you haven't included? What kind of credit card is it? Is there a written agreement associated with the credit card? What kind of paperwork did you sign when you incurred the medical debt? It all factors in ...

Ok, what about this?

NRS 11.2095 Action to recover payment for money owed to hospital.

1. Except as otherwise provided in this section, an action against a person to recover payment for any amount owed to a hospital for hospital care provided to the person at the hospital must be commenced not later than 4 years after the date on which any payment that is due for the services is not paid.

So, with my understanding, hospital bills from 2003 would be beyond the statute of limitations in Nevada.

What about the credit card debt? Those are open ended accounts, from what I have read, or are they sometimes considered to be written agreements?
