lolah
I am just curious. I have fairly new cards with Best Buy and Macy's (7 months). How long should I wait before requesting a CLI? 1 year, 18 mos, etc.? I have never been late. The Best Buy card we got with the intention of paying off over time. It will be paid off next month. I don't have a credit monitoring service anymore, so I have no idea what my reports look like right now. I haven't researched lately to see what is out there. I was using PM 123, but once my free year ended I didn't renew.
scorch
I'd probably give it at least a year.

For the Visa, every 6 months. You could call Macy's right now and ask if you are eligible for a GuideLine Increase. They usually just use their internal information for you. Fozzle
Six months for a Best Buy card. Not six months since opened, but six months of payments.
