digicross1
CA is National Credit Systems (NCS) TL is in reference to an old apartment rental that was listed twice on all of my CRA's exactly the same except for different account numbers.I am past the SOL and this TL and it is set to fall off Nov. 2010 I would consider just waiting because I am only down to my last three negative accounts but this one is listed twice on all of my CRA's and I know that they are just pushing me around. After my initial dispute all three CRA's came back verified on one of the two accounts. But on the second they just moved up the account opened date from 2003 to 2004 then labeled it as updated. All of the information except for the different account number and the date opened is the same.I just sent out a strong DV letter and also listed the updated account as a duplicate TL. It has only been a week since I sent it to them CMMR and I have yet to get a response from them.I just wanted to know if I am following the right course of action. Any other thoughts or opinions would be greatly appreciated. It is more about principle to me than anything else.Thank you all for your help this forum has truly been a blessing for me. cbairey
I would give them the full 30 days to reply, then send a letter to them saying the debt was past SOL and Remove or you will see them in court
