jdjlocksmith
I have a Bank of America Charge that was sold and charged off back in 1/2007They are still reporting a high balance, credit limit, balance due and payment of $25.00After disputing the account with the big 3 they come back verify as reporting correct no changes.Even after sending BOA and the big 3 a copy of section 6-20 of the The 2006 CDIA Credit Reporting Manual where it states they must report $0. I have 4 disputes on this and all verify as accurate reporting. Can I sue BOA on FCRA violations? Shown below in red is BOA blue is how I told them to report.Let me know how this account should read. I am correct in the blue.Red is inaccurate reporting you are to update the dates to read 01/2007 and all $ to read $0Pay status to charged off date closed must be reported and remove the payment history.
