Defendant request for admission tot he Plaintiff

Can Someone please help me find a sample request for admission and interrogatories to the Plaintiff from the Defendant. I'm try to sent them a admission and interrogatories like they sent me. I can't seem to find one.

This is on an old credit card debt. I've already sent the DV with no respones.

Don't know where to find a template, but here are few ideas to get you started.

Request for Admissions

1. Admit that you do not have an agreement or contract signed by Defendant

2. Admit that you are unable to provide a complete accounting of the amount you are claiming.

3. Admit that you are unable to produce proof of ownership of the account in question.

Request for Production of Documents

1. Produce all writings relating to the account in question

2. Produce all writings relating to the agreement that is the subject of this lawsuit

3. Produce all writings relating to any assignment of the agreement which si the subject of this lawsuit

4. Produce all writings relating to any sale of the agreement which is the subject of this lawsuit

I don't know about your state, but in Illinois there is a "pro-bono" website that I found that has a ton of different forms for different cases. It is www.illinoisprobono.org .. Like I said its for Illinois, but you can take the info off and put it in the correct format for your state..
