sweeps707
They haven't re-aged it yet, everything appears to accurate. It is listed as 'factoring company', but considering they have validation and the amount is in excess of $1k its not worth sueing over b/c they'd just turn around and counter-sue.Does anyone have success or tips dealing w/ JDB, represented by a local lawyer, who misrepresented info on Summons and filed false charges? Can you sue lawyer separately from JDB?How? Thx for any info you may provide.
