rchakrab
HiI am being sued for a credit card debt in New Jersey. I disputed this debt with the credit bureaus and one of them has deleted the entry. I am still waiting to get the results from the other two bureaus. How will this affect the lawsuit? Does this mean that the original creditor has been unable to verify this debt? I have a MSJ hearing and can i use this as a defense?I would really appreciate any information you cna provide.Thank You

sgip2000
It could mean that there's a good chance they have no proof.
