fabi Posted September 16, 2009 Report Share Posted September 16, 2009 Hello everybody,I have disputed an item on my credit reports with CRAs, today I received a letter from the OC, informing that they have finished their investigation and according to their records this account belongs to me.The information provided in this letter are, date the account opened, one payment using check by phone and a phone call record ( That I don't remember at all and was made 6 months later??). It follows by saying that they have sold the accout to JDB and asking to direct all futur inquiries to the new legal owner!Now, my question is: is this enough proof?
