Budman101
Has anyone had any experience getting a sonyma mortgage and are they a good idea? (State Of New York Mortgage). I'm having trouble getting a down payment and they have several options for New yorkers to get a loan with closing cost assistance, but I don't know alot about them. 2ndTimeAround
..I no longer work in Mortgages. When I brought our first home back in the 90's, used Tom Brown from Camelot Mortgage. He knew all the steps in getting us into our home. We went to college together. He's a very knowledgeable guy. My wife and I have refinanced twice 01 and 09, going back to him.His number (516) 795-4900 Here's a link what the BBB says about himhttp://www.bbb.org/new-york-city/business-reviews/mortgage-brokers/camelot-mortgage-co-inc-in-massapequa-ny-69030/Tom is a Loan Officer, that loan officers looking for mortgages go to..
