david9041
FlaLawyer , Attorney General NO HELP AT ALL!Received a answer back from the Attorney General about the false Verified Return of Service , he said quote " this matter falls outside of the Attorney General's jurisdiction ", and said they have contacted the Pasco County Sheriff's Office to assist me in the matter .When I contacted the Sheriff's Office they recommended I Motion the Court for Contempt Of Court charges , which I will send soon , I do not want to stir things up till I get back from Ohio . It should get real interesting .Sometimes I worry that when I ask for help and advice on this site that the lawyers on this site will ignore my questions because a lot of my post will have remarks about lawyers ( against lawyers ) , please understand that none of my remarks will be directed at the lawyers that are helping others or myself on this site , you are part of the force that is working for the good of mankind .You may not even fully understand it yourself , you have been blessed with an ability few of us can reach and that ability can be used for good and it can also be used for personal gain for you it will work for both . The lawyers I speak about only know personal gain and care very little or nothing about the good of mankind . It's easy to see the truth in the statement " It's hard for the rich man " and I would guess most lawyers are or are becoming the rich man. When the number of complaints builds up they may then act. At this point they deemed the issue to only be affecting one judicial district and therefore within the jurisdiction of the local state attorney. That is why they referred it to local law enforcement. This is where things get annoying. In short, unless you are in law enforcement the answer you will get is something along the lines of "this is a civil matter." Are these motions you are filing in the cases awaiting arbitration? Most lawyers, physicians, accountants, etc. are not rich and will never be rich. Do they make more than minimum wage? Sometimes. I think honesty and fairness with any good trade will get us to a comfortable zone , I was in the A/C business and just retiring and in that comfortable zone but then a couple of major things went wrong and between State Farm and Allstate and their dishonest treatment wiped us out , that in turn caused the credit and medical bill problems , that is the reason for my push to understand and use the law . With our laws I hope to correct things . We have a wonderful system , it is just abused to much .
