Adalida
So without going into alot of details, I had a vehicle repoed in Arizona. I am wondering if I can get any clarification as to if there is a limit or minimum value a creditor can obtain for a repoed vehicle that is resold. Based on the Arizona Statues, I believe they can charge whatever they want.My Chevrolet Blazer was resold for 50.00. I do not feel that is a resonable amount but since there is not much other than the crummy statue that I can find on this, I am thinking that was an acceptable value for resell on a car that was a top of the line make and model with nothing wrong with the vehicle.Any takers?
