NEED A HSBC CARD AGREEMENT

Trueq really needs to get a scanner or use a fax to email program.

It could be perhaps Trueq's talents most likely lie in the realm of non-technological. I'd trade his skills for landing well-placed legal kicks to JDB lawyers' groins for my technological abilities in a heartbeat! lol :wink:8-)

Trueq - I don't have any of your legal skills - or more accurately the ability to see the creditors weaknesses and go for the juggler skills! But, I can recommend the Fujitsu Scanner - I love it and use mine daily - can't imagine life without a scanner.

OK TrueQ for 2010 … I am challenging you to “create a legal pleading forcing a JDB to purchase you a Fujitsu Scanner in lieu of a monetary award”! You will be “The Man” if you can pull that one off!!!

Merry Christmas everyone on the site … Have a Blessed and wonderful day!!!

I can never get it to a readable condition. (All in one printer/fax/scanner)

I do have 3 or 4 card agreements that someone with talent scanned and emailed back to be, but the cardholder agreements are too large of a file to post on the forum.

Alas, I'm stuck only offering paper copies.

I can fax what I got to someone and if they want to offer their advanced scanning skills and post the agreements as alibrary resource here, that would be great.

HSBC really screwed the JDB in their arbitration provision! The consumer is only responsible for the first $50.00 and provision effects all assigns, officers, director and employees of the JDB! They even waive fees and attorneys costs … wow did they have the package arranged when NAF was screwing people! Now screwing the JDB … that is a perfect ending to a wonderful Christmas morning!

Either PM or post it here.

Soonest will be Thurs. My Fax machine is very busy today spitting legal pleadings to FDCPA defense lawyers

I am a newbie, so I am not allowed to PM. I'm unsure about posting the number here: is that safe and an allowed practice? I appreciate the response as well; I do know that time is valuable and that everyone is very busy.

Best,

s.g.

Simone, I would suggest waiting out until you're allowed to PM - it shouldn't be long, be patient! :)

LOL....Trueq, look what furor you've created! :ROFLMAO2:

I definitely agree. Besides, there is so much great info here that I have been reading for a couple of days before I even signed up! The site is really fantastic and quite helpful. Makes you feel so much better that you are not in an unfair fight alone and defenseless.
