jewel1325
I tried calling Capital One regarding the alleged account for which I'm being sued, but after inputting the acct number, I was transferred to Trak America. They wouldn't give me any information about the account, and would only refer me to the attorney's office that is suing me. I asked if the account was still in the possession of Capt One, or assigned to another. They would only refer me to the JDB Attorney's office. What do you make of this? Any advice? DFS
sounds to me you are about to get sued, and from the OC. Read up on posts in the arbitration forum. Decide if it is right for you, if so get your arbitration election letter ready and send it. You might be able to stop (or slow it down considerably) it in the tracks.
