nauiengineer
when I was first served that had some copies of my CC statement attached and i wound some that belonged to someone else with a deferent account number. Now that i have my discovery back from them, one of the documents they sent was the same CC statements but this time the other person and account numbers were gone. is this tampering of evince? shrinkingviolet333
OK, that also happened to a friend of mine here in FL...he got some lady's statements when he requested discovery.Same thing....I would be really upset if my information went to another person. But chances are if that happened ... people couldn't use the acct anyway, being it was probably in collections too.But still....what people can do with personal information in this day and age is something to be very concerned about. So when you go before the Judge, show him the statements...show him/her how incompetent the Plaintiff's atty is.That is criminal. Call a local consumer atty and show him...usually the first visit is free.
