PoorBoy1
I know I have read some where here that there are two types of Judgements you ask the judge for if you win your case or it's dismisses. What should I ask for if I win or it's dismissed?

Guest usctrojanalum
What you really are aiming for is a judgment in your favor, thats better than a dismissal with prejudice.

What should I ask for if I win or it's dismissed?I believe you were thinking of dismissals with or without prejudice. Naturally you would take a judgment over anything but in terms of dismissals, without prejudice means they can file again, with prejudice means they are barred from revisiting the action and the debt is ultimately extinguished.
