Disputing how JDB reports on CR?

Quick question, I am about to send some disputes out and of course I know these JDB are reporting incorrectly such as open account, showing a balance and past due amount but I also noticed they may be reporting in the wrong category/section.

I noticed my credit report has a section for Accounts and section for Collections..well all of my JDB (2 - Asset and Pinnacle which is reporting twice for different amounts) are all listed in the Accounts section as a collection item as opposed to the Collections area. Isn't this improper reporting? and if so would reporting as an Account in the Account section as opposed to a Collection in the Collection section lower your score?
