sassynclassy
First off, this forum is great. I've been reading it for months but never posted before. I live in Ohio and have been trying to find the part of ohio law that specifiies that I can sue someone if that someone has caused me monetary damages. When I work a case, I start at the very beginning and use a progession of the law to get to my point. I found the part of ohio law that specifies what documents are required to open up a checking account at a bank (who gives a f***??!?!) yet I can't find very BASIC tort law... Does anyone know where it is? I hate Ohio by the way, this stuff is much easier to find in other states. Thanks!

For example vandalism is:Ohio Revised Code 2307.70 Civil action for damages for vandalism, desecration or ethnic intimidation.
