I recently obtained all 3 of my Cr , After reviewing all 3 I noticed I had something that was reported as a judgment on only one Credit Report ,,,

On My Equifax report , there is a section highlighted , and is called

" Public Record Information " (this section includes public record items obtained from local, state and federal courts)

in the box it states

Judgement filed 02/2004 L.A. Sup Case #XXXXXXXXX Defendant My Name Amount $ 6XXX Plantif-B Address 111 court house address .

I don't have a clue to what it is , How do I approach this.

I am in the state of CA.

If your asking , is there a name listed as the OC , No it's not listed.

" should I Go to the Court house and pull record of this case?

*Has the SOL on this ran out?

*should I dispute this with the CRA and then do a DV after 30days?

in the box it states

Judgement filed 02/2004 L.A. Sup Case #XXXXXXXXX Defendant My Name Amount $ 6XXX Plantif-B Address 111 court house address .

This is what I found in Calif.

Sued for a Charge Off in California or an Open Account?

* Open Acct.: Reduced to writing-4

* Open Acct.: No writing-2

* Written Contract: 4

* Domestic Judgment: 10 (renewable at 10)

* Foreign Judgment: 10 (commencing with judgment debtor's commencement of CA. residence.)

Thanks ,

John

Nah, don't do any of the above yet. You should probably check if this judgment is against you or someone else first. That is why I asked if your name is common, i.e John Smith. Or do you have any relatives that live in your county with the same name?

Does this mean, I should contact Equifax to find out ?
