Paid collection help

I have this 2 collection accounts.I'v paid them about two years ago........but it was a big mistake. Now i'm trying to have them removed.....so,,,,,maybee somebody can let me know how can i do this.What are the steps. I would even pay the diference to the real amount just to have them removed................or pay somebody to do this the right way. JUST TO HAVE THEM REMOVED.
