spunk999 Posted July 26, 2010 Report Share Posted July 26, 2010 Hello - I have a federal complaint I am preparing to file and I have a question regarding all my copies of letters and evidence - do I reference this as exhibits in my Statement of Facts, or is it more appropriate to enter the evidence in separately? Currently, within my statement of facts, I have just ended the paragraph with the following sentence if applicable:See Exhibit H for copy of letter and proof of delivery.I am a little new to the whole process so any guidance would be appreciated - also, if anyone is willing to read my complaint and offer any feedback, I would be appreciative - please let me know - thanks!
