I've hit a wall and I need advice/help/guidance please!! Thanks!

OK. I have hit a wall and honestly I have no idea what to do next and I've been researching and researching and I'm still not sure what to do.

Here is my situation - I want to clean up the negatives on my CR. All of my negatives are almost 6 years old! They fall off next year - I live in NYC and unless I am mistaken the SOL is 7 years. But I want to clean up my credit now as I am looking for a new apartment and I'm not sure where my credit check will put me.

Here are the entries I am most confused about:

So I paid this right away as they sent a garnishment of wages and I can/could afford to pay to deal with that.

Is there anyway to get the BOA listing off of my CR? Or even the judgment (which I know is harder)???

I recently DV'd Cavalry and sent the f/u letter and disputed with the CA's 2x. All of a sudden I received a Notice of Discontinuance from the law firm Cavalry is using and called the courthouse and told me that the Plaintiff is no longer continuing this case in court.

Is there anything I can do??!

There is another entry that is very similar, Cap One + Cavalry, but no one ever went to court on that one - actually I am pretty sure I paid that to Cavalry direct - I need to find the paperwork (it was SO long ago).

Don't these need to show as Paid? I am just so unsure of what to do as my next steps.
