B&S Warrior
Filed BK ch 7 last october. re-affirmed my vehicle with south-east toyota finance at same terms and payments and everything as before the bankruptcy. the tradelines on my credit reports show as included in bankruptcy and they have not reported the payments i've made for the last 8 months even though I disputed it and they updated. is it "complete & accurate" to still show as included in BK, once it was reaffirmed? Methuss
If you reaffirmed the loan, it should be reporting normally with all payment history. But, you are probably not dealing with a problem caused by the lender, although that is still possible. You see, two years ago the big-3 credit bureaus were sued for failing to report tradelines included in bankruptcy proceedings as being IIB with $0 balance after the discharge. As a result, the bureaus are taking a knee-jerk approach to the problem by simply marking everything as IIB, no balance, and no history. In my case, Experian went so far as to delete my entire file....Which is fine with me. I'm done playing with snakes, personally.
