chuckygee
The unsigned order was likely submitted with the Motion for the order. Attorneys will include an order for the judge to when they file their motion. If there is no objection to the motion, or if the judge completely agrees with the motion, he/she will sign it and then it become a court order. So no it does not seem out of place. Guest usctrojanalum
Agree, everything looks kosher here. How can it be sigend before it is received?
