DV Letter was sent to Credit Control Corp Feb 2010 and they responded with asking for a proof that the debt was not mine letter with a packet of employment information, address details for past years etc...

I mailed a new letter requesting they delete from CRA in 10 days because they violated the FCRA law for not validating the debt. They have not responded it's been 20 days.

I went to local NY state small claims today, the booklet I got & lady in charge said that NY requires the defendant (CCC) to live in where I am taking them to court?

Ok so how the heck do I sue them for my 1000 dollars since I have all proof but this dang state won't allow a lawsuit outside of NY?

I presume you mean federal court then which is like 350.00 dollars to sue and the debt is for 145... gezz that would suck.

These jerks get away with violating rights left and right for a debt I don't even owe and I have all my paperwork they have none, what a joke this system is.

Where is this company located? What part of NY are you in? You may not have to file in a Federal Court. You might be able to sue them in a Supreme Court which is a $210 filing fee. You may even be able to sue them in a Civil, City or District Court where the filing fee is only $45. But you need to make sure these Courts have subject matter jurisdiction.
