Adalida
I am unable to make my way down to the courts to get an official copy of the form that was filed, but I am wondering if anyone is familiar with Arizona's form RELEASE OF GARNISHMENT. I am showing this was filed against my judgement/garnishment 5/10 of this year. I am no longer working for the company that I was being garnished with originally. I am aware that this does not mean the case/garnishment is gone.I do presume that this mean they are unable to garnish me at that job. Does that sounds right? I realize this is speculation until I can get in there to get a copy, but any thoughts would be appreciated.
