Snippitz
I am scheduled to go to trial in Virginia General District Court on 9-27-10, and I just realized that I typed the Plaintiff as FVNV Funding instead of LVNV funding on my grounds of defense. Yes, I know I am a village idiot. I did file a graduated denial with the correct name but I am afraid that the judge is going to throw out my grounds of defense, even though I responded before the due date. The only thing that LVNV attached was their bogus affidavit and a computer printout. What do I do? Is it to late to file a corrected one? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Savoir
You should see all the typos, bad spelling and incorrect grammer in the complaint lodged against me. You'd think that the plaintiff had his 3rd grade daughter type them up.
Snippitz
I'm not so worried about any misspelled words in the grounds of Defense, Just that I Named the Plaintiff as FVNV Funding vs. Defendant in response to the Bill of Particulars and grounds of defense. Oh, I just want to poke myself in the eye with a flaming stick.
