Chapter 7 homestead and creditor question

I'm filing bankruptcy pro se in Florida.

I have 2 questions that hopefully someone can answer

The first one is: Looking at my credit reports, some of the charged off accounts say that the account was sold, but doesn't always say to whom. How do I figure out who the creditor currently is to be sure I list them all?

The second question is: Florida allows for 160 contiguous acres in the homestead exemption. I have 3 acres, but there is a private road separating one of the acres. Is that considered separate property, or can I include it in the homestead exemption (there is a separate mortgage on it)
