Experian didnt answer fax they requested to unlock credit can i sue?

Experian locked my credit with out me knowing.

I already had a fraud alert filed to.

They just locked it.

Nothing is showing on my Experian.

I had a ID theft!

So i call they say fax them papers.

I do and now its been over 30 days.

No return phone calls as they stated and nothing has changed!

Would this be a good time to catch them and sue?

I was going to get lawyers but now they all want way more.

And don't trust some of them either.

I know it should of been certified letter, but i just did what they requested.
