I was just made aware by my process server that I must file a case management statement before each case management confrence. I haven't recieved one from the Plaintiff.

Do you have to file one.

According to this it should be 15 days before the hearing. My process server said 10 day???

Is this mandatory? What happends if you don't do one?

a) Timing of statement

No later than 15 calendar days before the date set for the case management conference or review, each party must file a case management statement and serve it on all other parties in the case.
