I Found these cases laws.. there not in MA... Can I still use them??? I think the First 2 would apply the best with no standing due to insufficient proof Assignment and they are all Cach LLC cases and there the ones sueing me.. any help would be great

Stick with your State - look up your county or city to find what district court your in. Look for cases in that disctrict.

Search cases for MA and assignment - you'll find what you need.

found some cases in Ga and Ny.. Nothing in MA... but reading up on the GA case law...Some good info for a vaild proof of assignement the Affidavit must refer to or attach any written agreements which could complete the chain of assignment

My search for "Assignment" in AZ in LexisOne returned me back a bunch (44) of irrelevant cases (2008-2010).

I did a search for the Arizona Judicial System...clicked on the Arizona Judicial Branch and up at the top there's a Search box. I typed in Opinions and came up with about 15 years worth of opinions. Try looking in there. Also, instead of using the keyword 'assignment' try using 'standing to sue'. You might get more results that way.
