FL4answer58
I want to get some info on credit card cases that have been won by defendents. How would you recommend I do that?Go to your courthouse, ask clerk to review debt collection cases. They have a lot. Look through those where defendant docket indicates SJ, MTD w/Prej or any that indicate defendant filed all - answers, discovery and MTD or SJs. You'll know when you get a 'hit' - defendants that fight have a long list of motions...like motion to strike. It’s always best to search your own court for how others have won - then mold your own efforts to these winning strategies.TrueQ was famous for this advice - and it works. The self help center clerk will direct you and help -where to search in files. Recovering Attorney
I'd go to the nearest law library and read about the FDCPA in the ALR series. You can find the bigger cases there , and newer cases in the pocket parts. Once you locate one that fits your circumstances, then hit pacer or recap
