Is that enough for Validation ?Now they are sending me a Summons that I must answer with in 20 days.I have no idea how to respond to the Summons. I dont understand this legal jargon. BV80 Posted October 2, 2010 Report Share Posted October 2, 2010 To answer a summons, you must reply to each of the numbered paragraphs. Your reply has to be in legal form with the court header. Read up on your state's court rules for answering a summons, interrogatories, etc. That information will probably be on your state's Supreme Court website.You also must include your own affirmative defenses.
