WasteofTaxMoney
My case was dismissed w/o prejudice for 30 days and if JDB produces nothing, then case will be dismissed with prejudice. 11 days to go until dismissed with prejudice. My question is: Can a JDB legally keep posting to your credit report even when the case if dismissed w/o prejudice? I checked my CR this morning and they posted this past Monday -- which is nothing new since they post every month! So, I'm wondering if this is just something that is automatically done on their end every month out of being stupid or what. WhoCares1000
Dismissal w/o prejudice really means nothing because the case can be filed again. I would wait until the dismissal w/prejudice and then start working the FCRA demands.
