workingitout2010
During the process of filing a BK13, I sold my house. The monthly payments of the 13 were more than before I filed the 13. I sold my house and used the money to pay off the bills. After I sold my house, trustee continued to infer to me, things like fraud ect,. if I could not provide documents I did not have.I told her and my attorney I did not have the documents. My attorney threw me under the bus. The trustee scared me, my attorney let her and I quit responding to both of them. Apparently the BK13 went through anyway. So here I am with a chpater 13 on my cr with the debts that had been included on the cr as well. I do not know where to start with correcting this?
