Freddy01
I mailed my fact info sheet late Sept for the case that has the judgment against me.They have not contacted me or called. I did file an affidavit claiming HOH. Have not received the hearing date yet.I was just noticing that I was suppose to attach back paystubs, bank statements, car registration, and house title or deed. I did not attach any of these when I mailed it back. Yesterday I sent a letter to the court and all 3 attorneys who have cc cases against me stating I have retained a lawyer for the process of filing BK7. I'm starting to think I'm going to get into some kind of trouble for not attaching the stuff they are requesting. What do you think??
WhoCares1000
You could send an updated for with all that stuff now. Otherwise, you could wait for the Order Show Cause hearing and bring it in then stating that you did not notice you had to attach all that information but upon request of the court, here it is right now and present it to the attorney in front of the judge. Unless the judge is in a bad mood, I am sure they would understand someone who is pro se could get confused. Either way, they get the information that is required so they are not out anything. Especially if your were honest on the financial form to begin with.I would think that once you file the BK 7, all that stuff would come to a stand-still anyways, regardless of what they got and did not get. FlaGuy
I would send an updates copy asap if this was a court ordered fact sheet, you may be able to check your status on the internet as most county court clerks have web sites where you can check court case info
