firefly21
Hey folks,I disputed a debt from a law firm that I know is outside the SOL. That being said, I did everything I've been told to do: sent a DV letter, certified mail, return receipt requested. That said, it's been three months, and I still have not received my little green card in the mail stating the firm received my letter. Anyone have this issue before? What should be my next course of action?

Mimi-to-8
Just take your little receipt paper that has the tracking number on it to the post office and tell them you never received the green card back. They can go behind the scenes online and print you the signature paper for your records. I have done this quite a few times.
