In Georgia should the counter claims discovery be separate from the complaints discovery and only limited to 50 interrogatories each?

If these are separate that creates a ton of paperwork.

I agree, and I have spent 100's of hours working on this case, however sometimes the answers seem to be obscure or nonexistent.
