RebelLady
Not sure and can't find a template either but I believe I would just call it:The usual captioning...(Title) Defendant's Motion for ClarificationDefendant's Motion for Clarification of the two Orders entered ______ (date) and __________ (date) for the reasons stated below: or maybeThe usual captioning...(Title) Defendant's Motion for ClarificationThe Defendant respectfully moves this Court to clarify two Orders signed by ______________(Judge's name) on ___________ (date) and ____________ (date).I would keep it as brief and simple as possible and try not to come across as a smart aleck...lol. Try to keep your reasons as simple and straightforward as possible while being brief.RL
GenX99
Thanks so much! I was looking and looking for something but then I realized the judge had a new order to MTC/MTS that I attached to my Opposition Motion. I watched the clerk blue sticky that order and the blue sticky wasn't there yesterday when I went to review my file. So was this intentional to sign two conflicting motions, maybe...maybe not. However I'm moving this sucker out of bubbacourt by following MY order which says to initiate in 30 days. It doesn't say it has to be accepted, then Zwicker has to do the same since the court is ordering them to initiate. So how do I file with NAF8-)
