jezebel77 10
What is UP with Experian? They have come back and "validated" all of my disputes. Meanwhile EQ and TU have deleted a ton and have given me no headaches. Is this just how EX is? Should I just dispute with written letters now? I previously had done them online.Argh! vballchick 29
I have read that we shouldn't dispute online. Do it in writing. Use personalized stationery and purple or teal ink. This way someone has to manually read and investigate instead of a computer.Hopefully, this will really get someone to really read and investigate!
heli_fixer 10
I just talk with Experian on Friday and ask that same question to them. The lady told me that all the CA has to say is "yes" it is a valid debt and that's all that is require by their policy. I think that should be illegal! I read some where in this site about how to request Method of Validation. I believe it is under the credit repair section.
