simpki44
Received a notice from the State of Michigan UIA stating I was over paid Unempoyment back in 2006. They showed records from my employer show I was making an income although not full time & considerly less than I was making. However since MI uses a call in service called MARVIN to enter pay information for weekly work information, some how they did not compute the correct amount & sent me $. Now they are threatening to increase the amount to over 20K. What are the consequences of not settleing this? I no longer live in MI.

Guest usctrojanalum
The last entity in the world I would ever want to owe money to is the Government, don't think about not settling it.
