Bank of America CHARGE OFF? What to do?

Here is my Bank of America ?

-several months ago we opened a b of a account, low limit, paid it every month, had paperless statements (BIG MISTAKE for us), stopped using that email. stopped paying that card!

-few months later-statement comes in the mail because we were late, I freak out, call, and set up what I was told were "program" payment arrangements to get us back to where we needed to be and to stop us from being reported late

-I also asked at least 3 or 4 times to have statements sent to us, but that NEVER happened.

-November 1-get a letter saying we need to set up more arrangements, I call, set them up.

-Get a letter yesterday that our account has been charged off! WTH?? We were paying... Turns out "guy" never put us on a program. And "girl" who re-set up our payments put them in the computer for the wrong date AND didn't tell us the minimum payment was $175, she said it was $75 (they said, nothing we can do, I don't know what they told you, spoke to someone else who said, "would you have been able to make the $175 if payment? gggrrr...)

I've never had anything charged off. Should I send BofA a PFD letter? Or will it go to a CA soon?
