If so then it's possible that the different names are actually two different junk debt buying companies altogether. Many times bad debt is charged off and then sold multiple times before suit is brought. Some junk debt buyers just won't sue because it's not worth the expense if you put up a fight. Therefore an alleged junk debt might be sold off more than once. It's possible Zenith Acquisition is an entirely different company that bought the debt before the suit and then after legitimately attempting to collect (in an ideal world) they then reported to the Credit report agency.I also know that the bigger Junk Debt buyers love to form multiple companies and legal corporations to hide behind the law, confuse, and attempt to avoid counterclaims. For instance, in my current case take /\/\idland Funding. Midland Funding, LLC is actually part of encore...who also operates /\/\idland Credit Managment who they "hire" or "transfer accounts to" in order to "service" the alleged debt and accounts they purchase. They purportedly "employ" these allegedly separate and distinct entities to commence collection efforts of the actual debt. After those efforts fail they'll then sue under the official name of the company that actually bought the debt..in this example it's allegedly /\/\idland Funding, LLC. What a headache. I have no idea how legal any of it is..but that's what goes on. Not sure if any of this applies to your situation but they are two possibilities. Guest usctrojanalum
Zenith Acquisitions could also be a DBA or trade name of Capital Acquisition LLC. Example would be like ABC Corporation doing business as Joe's Plumbing and heating.

The last update on the credit report was december, same as when law suit was filed.
SilenceMakesMeSick
Zenith Acquisitions could also be a DBA or trade name of Capital Acquisition LLC. Example would be like ABC Corporation doing business as Joe's Plumbing and heating. That's what I was going to say! I'm sure someone on here will know more and perhaps have even seen these company names before!
